In South Africa, welded wire mesh is mainly used for construction projects, with strong corrosion resistance, uniform mesh, the overall performance of strong heating of the construction industry floor mesh. Compared to the traditional manual lashing on site, it not only ensures the quality of the project, but also accelerates the construction schedule and shortens the construction period.
The mesh can be cut or bent to any shape without losing the tensile strength, due to the process of resistance welding. A standard range of products are available and can also be manufactured to various applications.
Welded wire mesh, or welded wire fabric, or "weldmesh" is an electric fusion welded prefabricated joined grid consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing.
Machines used to produce the mesh must be with precise dimensional control. The product in considerable savings in time. labor and money.

As for the production ability, we can produce 150-300 tons of welded wire mesh per month.(about 7-15 40' high containers)
